About the Scheme

The Leonardo Electronics Pension Scheme (formerly the Selex Pension Scheme) provides you with a pension in your retirement.

The Scheme is now closed to future accrual, so there are no longer any active members building up benefits. Any members who were still employed by the Company on 6 April 2024 were invited to join Leonardo’s defined contribution pension plan, FuturePlanner.

There are four different sections:

  • 100 + Section (post-April 2005 joiners)
  • 100 + Section (pre-April 2005 joiners)
  • Main Section
  • 2000 Section

The section you’re in depends on when you joined the Scheme. You can also find out which section you’re in by looking at your annual benefit statement, which you can find at MyPension.com/LEPS

If you became a member of the Scheme after 29 April 2005, you’ll be in the 100 + Section.
