• The Statement of Investment Principles (SIP), which sets out the details of the Scheme’s investment strategy.
• The Chair of the Trustee’s annual governance statement, which explains how the Scheme has been assessed against the Pension Regulator’s requirements for defined contribution pension schemes, particularly in relation to the costs, charges and value for money to members, as well as the knowledge and understanding of the Scheme’s Trustee directors.
